Returing and Refund Services:

- WeldingStop are working on 5 stars feedback and 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. In case the unlikely event that a returning is request on replace any defective item. Please we'd rather client can contact us and discuss means to an amicable settlement. If it must be returned please DO ensure the item must be in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc.

- Shipping and handling cost are NOT included in the refundable range without evidence of defect. Package returning cost is responsible of buyer.

- Refund will be made in the same method as it was received by us.

- For the item malfunction or production faults, the photos or videos might be requested from buyer as evidences.

- WeldingStop prefer to solve the issue remotely, the addtional parts or accessories sending cost will be responsible of WeldingStop as the trouble casued by seller mistakes or product malfunction.

Seller responsible returing:

- The pakcage the return to buyer within Original country range, WeldingStop will take full responsible to resend the package free.

- The package board on the plane and arrive destination country no further update. Normally all the imported package will be under local custom inspection. The processing time is various depend on different countries and out of shipping company control. If the processing over 30days for post shipping, or over 10days for expeditd shipping please contact us for further investigation. In case the delay of processing cause by buyers' uncooperation, WS take no responsible the package lost or furth unexpedited cost.

Buyer responsible returing:

- The package unable to make delivery beause of miss or incorrect address provided, WS can resend package if the package come back complete. The resend shipping cost is on the buyer. If buyer decided for refund, 20% restock and handeling charge will be applied.
